Application

Feed the roving with twist or without twist into this machine.The fibre strand,which has been pulled to

tension by thress rollers leather ring,joins with core thread and fixed thread at the exit port of front roller.

Through the twisting and detwisting of hollow spindle and ring spindle,all kinds of fancy Yarns are formed.

Main Features

1.In order to make convenience for users to change yarns types,this machine adopts six transducers,to

control the automatic speed changes on core-yarn roller,middle and rear roller,front roller,exit roller,empty spindle and ring spindle respectively.

It adopts PLC programmable controller and touchable screen contolling programm to change the

technique parameters,demonstrage various parameters and store 100 groups of various tecnique parameters.

2.In order to develop new product and copy the sample,you can control the above six spercial

components by inching respectively during running at trial production.
